The Leuze GS04B/P.1-80-M8.3 Fork Photoelectric Sensor is designed for precise small part detection in various industrial applications. With its LED red light source emitting at 660 nm, the sensor ensures reliable performance when detecting even the smallest parts. The pulsed signal shape enables accurate and repeatable detection with a 0.02 mm repeatability and the ability to detect parts as small as 0.3 mm in diameter.

This sensor operates with a PNP transistor switching element and can be configured for both light/dark switchable modes via the 270° potentiometer. Its 80 mm mouth width and 55 mm depth are perfect for detecting small parts within tight spaces, ensuring versatility in different applications.

With a high switching frequency of 5,000 Hz and a fast 0.1 ms response time, the GS04B/P.1-80-M8.3 is ideal for high-speed detection processes. Additionally, it features an IP 67 rating for excellent protection against dust and water, making it suitable for use in harsh environments.
