Baumer O200.GR-11210541 Diffuse Sensor is a highly compact and reliable sensor designed for background suppression detection in tight installation spaces. With a sensing distance of 50 mm and a recognizable object size as small as 0.25 mm at 30 mm, it ensures exceptional precision for detecting tiny objects with consistent performance.

Equipped with a pulsed red LED light source operating at 644 nm, the sensor offers fast response times under 1 ms, making it ideal for high-speed automation environments. The reciprocal influence suppression and alignment tolerance of less than 1.5° enhance stability, while the flashing LED indicators aid in alignment and signal clarity, even with lens contamination.

The sensor features a PNP complementary output, short circuit protection, and reverse polarity protection for reliable electrical integration. Designed in a rectangular 8 × 25.1 × 14.1 mm housing, it uses a smooth stainless steel sleeve mounting for secure positioning. Its robust plastic construction with PMMA optics, 2 m PVC cable, and IP67 protection rating make it suitable for industrial environments ranging from -25 to +50 °C.
