The Datalogic TLu-011 Contrast Sensor is designed for precise detection of contrast marks in a variety of industrial applications, offering superior performance in high-speed environments. This sensor features multiple light emission types, including red 630 nm, green 526 nm, white LED, and an IR LED at 880 nm, ensuring optimal detection on diverse surfaces, even under varying light conditions. With a sensing distance range of 6 mm to 12 mm, the TLu-011 excels in applications requiring high accuracy and reliability.

Equipped with a PNP or NPN output and 200 mA output current, this sensor provides powerful detection capabilities. It offers a response time of 50 µs max., with an impressive switching frequency up to 20 kHz, making it suitable for fast-paced, high-speed processes. The ZAMA housing and glass lens ensure durability, while the IP67 protection rating guarantees resistance to dust, moisture, and contaminants, ensuring continuous operation even in harsh environments.

The M12 4-pole connector with a 3-meter shielded cable simplifies integration into existing systems, and the short-circuit protection feature ensures reliable, secure operation.
