The Datalogic TLu-115 Contrast Sensor is a high-performance sensor designed for precise contrast mark detection in industrial applications, particularly in packaging, labeling, and printing processes. Equipped with a red 630 nm, green 526 nm, and white LED light source, this sensor ensures optimal performance in various light conditions and surfaces. With a sensing distance range of 6 mm to 12 mm, it is ideal for detecting contrast marks, barcodes, or printed materials, even on glossy or challenging surfaces.

Featuring a PNP output and a fast response time of 50 µs max. (with up to 20 kHz switching frequency), the TLu-115 provides quick and accurate feedback for high-speed processes. Its compact ZAMA housing and glass lens offer durability and reliability in industrial environments, while the IP67 rating ensures protection against dust, moisture, and contaminants.

The M12 connector simplifies installation, and the short-circuit protection and 200 mA output current ensure safe and stable operation under demanding conditions.
