The Datalogic TL46-W-815 Contrast Sensor (Product No. TL46-W-815, Part No. 954601000) is a high-performance photoelectric sensor engineered for precise contrast mark detection in fast-paced industrial environments. Featuring an RGB LED emission source (630nm red, 520nm green, 465nm blue), it provides versatile detection across a variety of colors and surfaces. Its 1.5 x 5 mm spot size and adjustable sensing distance from 6 to 12 mm make it ideal for detecting small or subtle registration marks on moving objects.

With a blazing-fast 33 µs response time and a switching frequency of 15 kHz, the TL46-W-815 is perfectly suited for high-speed automation, such as labeling, packaging, and print control. The sensor features NPN/PNP programmable outputs, a 5-pin M12 connector, and operates on 10–30 VDC with IP67-rated aluminum housing, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.

Additional features include low power consumption (85 mA max), durable PMMA lens, and an operating temperature range of -10 to +55°C.
