The Leuze HT46CL2/4P-M12 Diffuse Sensor (Part No. 50134608) is an advanced diffuse reflection sensor developed to deliver accurate object detection over extended distances. Designed with high background suppression capability, it maintains exceptional stability with a black/white error of less than 10% up to 1000 mm, ensuring consistent results even with objects of varying colors and reflectivity.

This sensor operates efficiently within a range of 50 mm to 1 m, with a typical sensing limit of 1.2 m, making it well-suited for medium and long-range industrial applications. It uses a sharp red laser beam (655 nm) classified under Laser Class 2, providing a focused, pulsed light output for precise detection of small, complex, or low-contrast targets. The PNP switching output supports both light-ON and dark-ON modes, making integration flexible across different automation setups.

Engineered for rugged industrial use, the HT46CL2/4P-M12 includes IP67 and IP69K protection, ensuring resistance against dust, moisture, high-pressure cleaning, and harsh washdown environments.
