Leuze EI1058-S08X20C-2500H-020A Rotary Encoder

The Leuze EI1058-S08X20C-2500H-020A Rotary Encoder (50140986) is a high-resolution, industrial-grade encoder designed for accurate speed and position feedback in demanding automation environments. With a resolution of 2,500 pulses per revolution and HTL output, it delivers clean, noise-resistant signals ideal for PLCs, drives, and motion controllers.

The encoder supports a maximum operating speed of 6,000 rpm and a high switching frequency of 300 kHz, ensuring stable performance in high-speed applications. Housed in a robust aluminum metal enclosure with IP65 protection, it resists dust, vibration, and harsh industrial conditions.

Operating on a wide 5–28 V DC supply, it includes polarity reversal and short-circuit protection for enhanced safety. The Ø8 mm shaft with clamping flange and 2-meter PVC shielded cable enable easy installation, durability, and long service life.
