The Sick IME12-04BPOZC0S Proximity Sensor is a compact and highly reliable sensing solution ideal for industrial automation systems. With a flush-mounted M12 x 1 housing and standard 4 mm sensing range, it ensures precise object detection in tight spaces. It features PNP output with normally closed (NC) logic and operates on a DC 3-wire system.

Its robust construction, including a nickel-plated brass housing and PA 66 plastic sensing face, is designed for harsh environments, withstanding shocks, vibrations, and temperatures from –25 °C to +75 °C. Rated IP67, it resists dust and water ingress, providing long-term durability.

The sensor offers fast response with a switching frequency of 2,000 Hz and includes short-circuit and power-up pulse protection. A 4-pin M12 connector ensures straightforward integration into existing systems, and it comes with nickel-plated brass mounting nuts for added convenience.
