Pepperl+Fuchs NBB8-18GM50-E2 Inductive Sensor

The Pepperl+Fuchs NBB8-18GM50-E2 Inductive Sensor is a high-performance M18 inductive proximity sensor designed for precise metal detection in demanding industrial environments. With a rated sensing distance of 8 mm and flush mounting capability, it ensures reliable and accurate operation even in compact installations.

This sensor features a PNP, 3-wire output with Normally Open (NO) switching, making it compatible with a wide range of control systems. It supports a wide operating voltage range of 5–60 V DC and delivers stable performance with switching frequencies up to 1500 Hz, ideal for fast automation processes.

Engineered for durability, the sensor comes with a nickel-plated brass housing and offers superior protection with an IP68 / IP69K rating, ensuring resistance to dust, water, and high-pressure washdowns. Additional protections such as reverse polarity, short-circuit, surge suppression, and inductive overvoltage protection enhance reliability and lifespan.
