The JARS KS-C2W Contrast Sensor is a highly efficient and reliable sensor designed for detecting opaque objects in a wide range of industrial applications. Utilizing the coaxial reflex sensing method, the sensor is capable of precise detection with a detection distance of 10 mm ± 2 mm. Its adjustable sensitivity ensures flexibility to suit various operational needs.

Equipped with a high-performance infrared LED light source (660 nm), the KS-C2W provides clear contrast detection, making it ideal for object detection in automated production lines, packaging, and assembly operations. The sensor features a response frequency range of 0.1-1 ms, ensuring rapid and accurate detection.

Constructed with an aluminum die-cast case and PMMA sensing surface, the sensor is built to withstand demanding environments. With IP67 protection and an operating temperature range of -30°C to 65°C, it offers durability in harsh conditions. The reverse polarity protection, surge suppressor, and short-circuit protection add to the sensor’s reliability in industrial applications.
