Sick WSE8-P2131S01 Photoelectric Sensor

The Sick WSE8-P2131S01 Photoelectric Sensor (Part No. 6071912) is engineered for accurate and high-speed object detection in demanding industrial automation environments. Featuring a visible red LED light source with a wavelength of 650 nm, it provides reliable sensing over distances up to 8 m, with a maximum range of 10 m.

The compact rectangular ABS housing allows easy installation in space-constrained applications. A 270° potentiometer adjustment enables precise sensitivity tuning, while the PNP output supports both light and dark switching modes for flexible integration.

With a fast response time of ≤ 0.25 ms and a switching frequency of 2,000 Hz, the sensor is ideal for detecting fast-moving objects. Its IP67 enclosure rating ensures protection against dust and water, making it suitable for harsh industrial conditions. Supplied with stainless steel mounting brackets, it offers dependable long-term operation.
