Panasonic HG-C1200-P Micro Laser Distance Sensor 

The Panasonic HG-C1200-P Micro Laser Distance Sensor delivers highly accurate distance measurements in a compact and durable design. With a center measurement distance of 200 mm and a measuring range of ±80 mm, it ensures precision in demanding environments. Its repeatability of 200 μm and linearity of ±0.2% F.S. make it ideal for tasks requiring consistent and reliable results.

This sensor uses a Class 2 red semiconductor laser with a peak wavelength of 655 nm and offers selectable response times of 1.5 ms, 5 ms, or 10 ms, making it adaptable to various application speeds. Analog and digital outputs—including both voltage (0–5 V) and current (4–20 mA)—enhance its integration flexibility.

The HG-C1200-P features IP67 protection, robust vibration and shock resistance, and operates reliably between -10 to +45 °C. Designed to comply with EMC and FDA standards, this sensor includes short-circuit protection, external input, and auto-reset safety functions. With a rugged aluminum die-cast housing, it's well-suited for harsh industrial environments requiring compact sensing solutions.
