The Panasonic HG-C1050-P Laser Distance Sensor is a compact, high-precision CMOS-type micro laser distance sensor designed for reliable measurement in industrial environments. Featuring a measurement center of 50mm and a ±15mm measuring range, this sensor offers excellent performance for applications requiring both accuracy and consistency.

Equipped with a red semiconductor laser and a beam diameter of approx. 70 μm, the HG-C1050-P delivers repeatability of 30 μm and ±0.1% F.S. linearity, ensuring outstanding measurement reliability. The sensor’s analog and digital outputs — including 0-5V voltage and 4-20mA current — allow seamless integration with control systems.

Its robust aluminum die-cast housing and IP67-rated protection make it ideal for use in harsh industrial conditions. The HG-C1050-P offers flexible response time settings of 1.5ms, 5ms, or 10ms to suit various process speeds.

The device features PNP output with short-circuit protection and is certified under CE, UKCA, UL, and FDA regulations for global compatibility. With its wide temperature tolerance, resistance to vibration and shock, and easy cable extension up to 10m, this laser sensor is built for stability and versatility.
