Leuze TKS50X50.1.HT Reflector
The Leuze TKS50X50.1.HT is a high-performance heat-resistant reflector built for demanding industrial environments. Designed for use with polarized retro-reflective sensors, this unit features a triple-structure PMMA surface that ensures optimal light reflection and detection reliability.
Its rectangular 50x50 mm design is both space-efficient and easy to mount. It supports adhesive or through-hole mounting, offering flexibility in installation. The heat resistance up to 120°C makes it suitable for use near high-temperature machinery or in thermally challenging zones.
Despite its durability, the reflector is lightweight at just 20 g and constructed entirely from high-quality plastic materials that resist common industrial wear. The polarization-changing surface boosts performance with polarized light sensors, reducing false signals from shiny objects.
Rated IP40, it’s best suited for indoor environments where heat tolerance and precise reflection are more critical than water protection.
