The Leuze HT3C.V/4P Diffuse Sensor is designed for high-precision detection in industrial environments, especially where high-gloss, polished, or transparent surfaces are present. Utilizing the diffuse reflection principle with background suppression, it offers reliable object recognition with minimal black-white error (<10%) across a working range of 30–70 mm. Its focused red LED beam ensures pinpoint accuracy and a typical detection range of up to 150 mm for white objects.

Equipped with dual PNP switching outputs supporting both light and dark switching modes, this sensor features a high switching frequency of 1,000 Hz, ensuring fast and accurate operation. The robust PC-ABS housing, IP67/IP69K protection rating, and ECOLAB-certified materials make it ideal for challenging industrial settings. With fixed focus, front beam exit, and a simple range adjustment via a multiturn potentiometer, it offers maximum ease of use and durability.
