The Leuze GS04B/P.1-120-M8.3 Photoelectric Sensor delivers precise small-part detection in demanding industrial applications. Its fork design with a 120 mm mouth width and 60 mm depth ensures stable, alignment-free mounting for fast integration. Equipped with a red LED light source (660 nm) and pulsed signal transmission, the sensor reliably detects objects as small as 0.5 mm with 0.02 mm repeatability.

This compact, rugged sensor is housed in diecast zinc and offers IP67 protection, making it ideal for harsh environments. The light/dark switchable PNP output allows flexible adaptation, and the high 5,000 Hz switching frequency ensures real-time responsiveness for high-speed applications.

Setup is simplified by the integrated 270° potentiometer, allowing for sensitivity adjustment and light/dark mode selection. With short circuit and polarity reversal protection, this sensor is engineered for long-term reliability in automated systems.
