The Leuze ET12/4 is a high-performance diffuse sensor designed specifically for small part detection in industrial automation applications. Using the diffuse reflection principle, it provides a detection range of 5 mm to 50 mm, ensuring reliable performance even with very small objects. The sensor utilizes a red LED light source with a wavelength of 630 nm, delivering high visibility and effective detection.

With a PNP transistor output and light switching principle, this sensor offers reliable integration with control systems for fast, efficient object detection. The response time of 0.5 ms ensures quick detection, making it ideal for high-speed applications. A readiness delay of 100 ms helps optimize operation.

This sensor comes with a robust housing made of PC-PBT plastic, with IP67 protection ensuring it performs reliably in dusty and damp environments. It is equipped with a 3-wire cable (2 meters long), making it versatile for integration into various industrial setups. Ideal for precision detection of small parts in packaging, assembly, and logistics applications.
