The JARS KS-C2G Color Mark Sensor is designed for precise detection of color marks or contrasts in industrial environments, ideal for applications requiring quick and reliable object identification. With a coaxial reflex sensing method, the KS-C2G can detect opaque objects with a high degree of accuracy at a detection distance of 10 mm ± 2 mm. The adjustable sensitivity allows for flexible use across various production processes.

Equipped with a green light source (660 nm infrared LED), this sensor ensures excellent contrast detection, making it perfect for applications in packaging and assembly lines. Its response frequency range of 0.1-1 ms provides rapid and reliable detection for fast-paced industrial operations.

The sensor features IP67 protection, ensuring it remains operational even in harsh conditions. Built with an aluminum die-cast case and PMMA sensing surface, it offers durability and resistance to environmental factors. With an operating temperature range of -30°C to 65°C, it is designed to perform in a variety of industrial settings.
