The Baumer O300.GP-11120101 Diffuse Sensor delivers advanced object detection with background suppression technology, offering a sensing range of 15 to 200 mm. Its pulsed PinPoint LED light source emits at 630 nm, ensuring precise detection even against challenging backgrounds. With qTeach or external adjustment, setup is fast and user-friendly.

The sensor offers light/dark operate output via a robust push-pull circuit that handles up to 100 mA output current. Its short circuit and reverse polarity protection ensure lasting durability. The device also prevents false signals with reciprocal influence suppression and features a <2° optical axis alignment, guaranteeing high detection accuracy.

The LED indicators — green for power and yellow for detection — simplify monitoring at a glance. The sensor’s rectangular ASA/PMMA plastic housing is compact yet rugged, rated IP67 for reliable performance in industrial environments. Operating within -25°C to +60°C, the O300 handles diverse conditions. The 4-pin, 2-meter cable connection enables fast, flexible integration into any automated system.
