Panasonic PM-T65-P Photoelectric Sensor

The Panasonic PM-T65-P Photoelectric sensor is a high-precision slot-type photoelectric sensor engineered for accurate detection of very small objects in compact automation setups. With a fixed sensing range of 6 mm, it can reliably detect tiny opaque objects as small as 0.8 × 1.2 mm, making it ideal for fine detection applications. Its excellent repeatability (≤ 0.01 mm) and low hysteresis (≤ 0.05 mm) ensure highly stable and consistent sensing performance.

This model features a PNP open-collector output with Light-ON/Dark-ON selectable operation, offering flexibility for various control systems. Powered by a 5–24 V DC supply, it consumes only ≤ 15 mA, making it energy-efficient. With a fast response time (≤ 20 µs) and high response frequency (up to 3 kHz), it performs efficiently in high-speed applications.

The sensor is built with a durable PBT enclosure and polycarbonate display section, providing strength and reliability. Its IP64 protection rating ensures resistance to dust and splashes, while built-in short-circuit protection enhances operational safety. The integrated orange LED indicator allows easy monitoring of sensor status during operation.
