The Leuze 46C/4P-M12 Photoelectric Sensor is a robust and high-performance photoelectric sensor designed to meet the demanding requirements of industrial applications. Operating on the reflection principle, it provides a wide sensing range from 0.1 to 24 m (with reflector TK(S) 100x100), and a guaranteed operating range up to 30 m. The sensor utilizes a red LED light source with a wavelength of 630 nm, offering reliable and precise detection. With both light switching and dark switching modes, it supports versatile operations in different environments. The PNP transistor switching element ensures reliable output, making it compatible with a variety of automation systems. With a switching frequency of 500 Hz and a response time of 1 ms, the sensor ensures rapid and accurate performance for high-speed processes.

Designed with IP67 and IP69K protection, the Leuze 46C/4P-M12 Photoelectric Sensor is durable and resistant to water and dust, making it ideal for harsh environments. Its housing is made of PC-PBT plastic, while the lens cover uses plastic/PMMA materials for added durability. The M12 connector and 4-pin A-coded configuration ensure easy and reliable installation. With an operating temperature range of -40 to 60°C, the sensor performs well in extreme conditions.
