The Leuze ISS108MM/4NO-2E0-M12 Inductive Switch is a high-performance proximity sensor designed for accurate detection of metallic objects in industrial applications. With a 2mm operating range and normally open (NO) switching principle, this sensor provides precise metal detection with minimal space requirements. It features a PNP transistor output, ideal for integration into automated control systems.

Built for industrial durability, the sensor is housed in nickel-plated brass, ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion and wear. The IP67 protection rating guarantees that it is fully sealed against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for challenging environments. The sensing face is made from Polyoxymethylene (POM), a robust material that withstands heavy use.

This sensor operates across a wide temperature range of -25°C to 70°C, ensuring reliable performance in diverse environmental conditions. The M8 x 1 mm threaded design and 4-pin A-coded connector make installation quick and secure, while the LED display offers easy monitoring of the sensor’s status.
