The Datalogic TLu-515C Contrast Sensor is a versatile, high-performance sensor designed for contrast mark detection in automated systems. This sensor operates with a nominal sensing distance of 9 mm and utilizes a circular spot of Ø 3 mm to accurately detect contrast marks. With a response time of 0.025 ms (20 kHz), it ensures fast and reliable performance in high-speed applications.

The PNP L/D selectable output offers flexible integration with various control systems, and the sensor's Teach-in sensitivity adjustment simplifies setup and calibration. LED indicators provide clear status feedback: red for output and green for readiness.

The TLu-515C features robust protection mechanisms, including short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and reliability in challenging environments. The IP67-rated metal housing (Zamak) and glass active head material make it ideal for industrial environments subject to dust and moisture.
