The Datalogic TL50-W-815 Color Mark Sensor is a high-performance sensor designed for contrast mark detection in various industrial applications, offering a nominal sensing distance of 9mm with a spot size of 1.5 x 5mm. This sensor is ideal for applications requiring precise detection of color marks, enabling reliable differentiation between contrasting objects. Its RGB LED emission ensures superior contrast detection, even in dynamic lighting conditions.

This sensor provides teach-in sensitivity adjustment, allowing for easy setup and customization to suit different applications. The NPN/PNP output with Dark/Light select functionality provides flexible output options to meet specific operational needs. The response time of 33 µs (at 15 kHz) and a switching frequency of 15 kHz make it suitable for high-speed detection in fast-moving processes.

Housed in a plastic ABS/PMMA case, the sensor is built to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 protection, making it resistant to dust, moisture, and other environmental factors. The M12 plug connection ensures straightforward integration, while the yellow (output state), green (ready), and orange (delay) LED indicators provide clear status feedback. The reverse polarity protection and short-circuit protection further enhance the sensor's durability and reliability.
