The Datalogic S5N-PR-5-G00-XG Photoelectric Sensor (Product No. S5N-PR-5-G00-XG, Part No. 952001221) is a robust through-beam emitter engineered for long-range object detection in industrial automation. With a nominal sensing distance of 25 meters, this sensor is ideal for use in applications where long-distance, high-accuracy sensing is essential. It features a radial 90° optic position housed in a tubular M18 plastic body for compact and easy mounting.

Designed to operate on 10–30 VDC, it offers low power consumption (≤ 35 mA) and includes essential safety features such as short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The unit uses an infrared LED emitter and complies with EN 60947-5-2 standards for external light interference.

Its IP67-rated housing ensures protection against dust and water, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments. The sensor is constructed with PBT and PMMA materials for durability, and features a green power LED indicator. It includes standard M12 plug connection and comes with M18 mounting nuts for quick installation.
