The Datalogic S5N-PA-2-C21-NN is a compact and precise diffuse beam photoelectric sensor designed for reliable short-range detection. With a nominal sensing distance of 400 mm, it offers accurate object detection using infrared LED emission, making it suitable for various industrial environments.

Equipped with NPN NO+NC outputs, it provides fast and consistent performance with a response time of just 500µs and a 1kHz switching frequency. A built-in trimmer allows easy sensitivity adjustment, while dual LED indicators (yellow for output, green for stability) enable clear status feedback during operation.

Housed in a robust M18 plastic body with IP67 protection, this sensor withstands harsh conditions, including vibration and temperature extremes. Features such as reverse polarity, short-circuit, and overvoltage protection ensure long-lasting and safe usage in automation systems.
