The Wenglor WM03PCT2S614 color sensor delivers exceptional color recognition performance in industrial environments, thanks to its high-resolution detection and rapid response time. Designed with a working distance of 15 mm and an adjustable working range from 12 to 18 mm, it features a light spot diameter of just 1.5 × 2.5 mm, enabling precise detection of subtle color differences on small or fast-moving targets.

Powered by a white light source spanning 400 to 700 nm, this sensor achieves accurate color resolution with a gray scale resolution of 20. With a switching frequency of 10 kHz and an ultra-fast response time of 50 µs, the sensor supports high-speed production lines. PNP NO/NC outputs, combined with short-circuit, overload, and reverse polarity protection, ensure safe and flexible integration.

The Wenglor WM03PCT2S614 color sensor supports Teach-In settings via ZT and FT modes, allowing easy configuration. Its IP67-rated housing, plastic enclosure, and operating range from -25°C to +60°C make it robust for harsh environments. With a 100,000-hour light source lifespan, it offers long-term reliability for demanding applications.
