The Sick WL100-2P4439 Photoelectric Sensor is a compact retro-reflective sensor engineered for precise object detection up to 7.2 meters. Featuring a dual-lens system, it ensures reliable operation even with minimum distance to the reflector, making it ideal for tight industrial setups.

It uses visible red LED light (632 nm) and forms a 280 mm light spot at 4 meters, delivering excellent alignment visibility. Sensitivity is finely tunable via a potentiometer, while a rotary switch allows selection between light and dark switching modes for added flexibility.

The sensor outputs via PNP configuration and operates with 10–30 V DC supply, supporting up to 100 mA output current. It boasts a fast 0.5 ms response time and 1,000 Hz switching frequency, making it suitable for rapid automation cycles.

Designed with an IP67-rated ABS/PC/POM housing, the WL100-2P4439 endures harsh environments, while its M8 4-pin male connector ensures quick and secure installation. This sensor is an excellent choice for space-constrained or dynamic detection tasks in manufacturing and logistics.
