Pepperl+Fuchs ML100-55/103/115 Retroreflective Sensor :

The Pepperl+Fuchs ML100-55/103/115 Retroreflective Sensor is a compact and reliable retro-reflective photoelectric sensor, designed for long-range object detection in industrial automation. With an effective detection range of up to 5 meters (and threshold up to 7 meters), it ensures dependable sensing when used with an H50 reflector.

This sensor utilizes a modulated visible red LED light source with a polarization filter, enabling accurate detection of objects—including reflective surfaces—while minimizing false signals. It offers a fast response time of 0.5 ms and a switching frequency of up to 1000 Hz, making it suitable for high-speed operations.

Equipped with a PNP open-collector output, the ML100 allows Light-ON/Dark-ON switching, along with a sensitivity adjustment control for fine-tuning performance. The LED indicators (green for power, yellow for signal status) provide clear visual feedback for setup and operation.

Built with a durable polycarbonate housing and rated IP67, this sensor performs reliably in harsh industrial environments. It operates on a 10–30 V DC supply, includes short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, and supports stable performance under varying ambient conditions.
