Panasonic LX-111-Z Color Mark Sensor 

The Panasonic LX-111-Z Color Mark Sensor is designed to deliver accurate and reliable color and mark detection for various industrial applications. With a sensing range of 10 ± 3 mm, it ensures precise detection. The sensor operates on a 12 to 24 V DC supply voltage and features low power consumption—750 mW in normal mode and 600 mW in ECO mode.

It uses NPN open-collector transistor outputs with short-circuit protection and operates in both Mark mode (Light-ON / Dark-ON) and Color mode (Consistent-ON / Inconsistent-ON), easily adjustable through teaching input. The response time is 45 microseconds for mark detection and 150 microseconds for color detection.

The sensor features IP67 protection for harsh environments and is resistant to dust and water ingress. It also has fine sensitivity adjustment and a variable ON/OFF timer function. Ideal for use in assembly lines, packaging, and quality control, it ensures high-performance operation in demanding conditions.
