The Panasonic LX-101-Z Color Mark Sensor is engineered for precise mark and color detection, offering a sensing range of 10 ± 3 mm. It operates with 12 to 24 V DC power and has low power consumption—750 mW in normal mode and 600 mW in ECO mode. The sensor is equipped with NPN open-collector transistor outputs, providing reliable performance and short-circuit protection.

It features Mark mode (Light-ON / Dark-ON) and Color mode (Consistent-ON / Inconsistent-ON), easily adjustable through a non-contact teaching input. The response time is 45 microseconds for mark detection and 150 microseconds for color detection, ensuring fast and efficient operation.

With IP67 protection, the sensor is durable and resistant to dust and water, making it ideal for industrial environments. It also includes fine sensitivity adjustment and a timer function with variable ON/OFF delay settings. This sensor is perfect for automated assembly lines, quality control, and packaging applications, offering exceptional accuracy in harsh conditions.
