Panasonic CX-444 Photoelectric Sensor

The Panasonic CX-444 is a highly versatile and durable photoelectric sensor designed for industrial use. It features an adjustable sensing range of 20 to 100 mm (0.787 to 3.937 inches) with the ability to detect objects 2 mm or more away. The sensor operates using a red LED emitting element with a 650 nm peak emission wavelength and provides a spot diameter of approximately 9 mm at 100 mm (3.937 inches) distance.

It is equipped with a 5-turn mechanical distance adjuster for precise configuration, making it adaptable for various detection tasks. With a switchable output operation (Detection-ON or Detection-OFF), the CX-444 can be easily integrated into different industrial systems. It is built for reliability, offering short-circuit protection and comes with automatic interference prevention to ensure stable performance even in challenging environments.

The CX-444 operates in temperatures ranging from -25 to +55℃ (-13 to +131℉) and is protected with an IP67 rating, meaning it is resistant to dust and water ingress. This makes it an excellent choice for use in harsh industrial settings, ensuring continuous and accurate detection.
