Panasonic CX-422-P Photoelectric Sensor

The Panasonic CX-422-Photoelectric Sensor is a compact and reliable diffuse reflective photoelectric sensor, designed for accurate object detection in industrial automation. With a sensing range of up to 800 mm, it efficiently detects opaque, translucent, and even transparent objects, making it highly versatile for various applications.

Engineered for precision, the CX-422-P offers repeatability of ≤1 mm and fast response time of ≤1 ms, ensuring consistent performance in high-speed systems. It features a PNP open-collector output with selectable Light-ON/Dark-ON modes, allowing flexible integration into control circuits.

The sensor includes dual LED indicators (orange for output and green for stability), enabling easy monitoring and setup. A built-in sensitivity adjuster ensures accurate detection tuning, while the automatic interference prevention function allows multiple sensors to operate in close proximity without signal disturbance.

Built for harsh environments, the CX-422-P comes with IP67 protection, rugged PBT housing, and operates within a wide temperature range of -25°C to +55°C. Its infrared LED (860 nm) ensures stable detection performance across different surface types.
