The Panasonic CX-422-Photoelectric Sensor is a high-performance diffuse reflective type sensor designed for precise object detection in various environments. It features an impressive sensing range of 800 mm (31.496 in), making it suitable for detecting opaque, translucent, or transparent objects. This sensor ensures repeatability of 1 mm (0.039 in) perpendicular to the sensing axis and offers hysteresis of 15% or less, ensuring reliable performance across a range of applications. With PNP open-collector transistor output, it is compatible with various systems, providing flexibility in integration.

The Panasonic CX-422-Photoelectric Sensor is built to last with IP67 protection and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +55°C (-13 to +131°F). It incorporates a sensitivity adjuster, short-circuit protection, and automatic interference prevention, making it a reliable solution for industrial applications. The sensor offers both Light-ON and Dark-ON operation modes, with an orange LED indicating when the output is ON and a green LED indicating stable operating conditions.
