Baumer IGYX18P17B3/L Proximity Sensor

The Baumer IGYX18P17B3/L Inductive Proximity Sensor a robust and reliable M18 cylindrical inductive sensor designed for accurate metal detection in industrial environments. With a nominal sensing distance of 8 mm and an assured range of 6.4 mm, it provides consistent and stable performance for medium-range detection tasks.

Featuring a PNP normally open (NO) output, this sensor integrates seamlessly into modern control systems. It operates on a 10–30 V DC supply and supports a switching frequency of 400 Hz, making it suitable for standard automation processes. The device includes short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, ensuring safe and dependable operation.

Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and PBT sensing face, it offers excellent durability and resistance to industrial wear.
