Panasonic EX-L261 Laser Sensor

The Panasonic EX-L261 Laser Sensor is an amplifier built-in ultra-compact laser sensor designed for high-precision detection in demanding industrial applications. Utilizing a convergent reflective sensing method, it offers a sensing range of 20 to 50 mm with a fine Ø1 mm emission spot size at 50 mm, ensuring accurate and stable detection.


Equipped with a Class 1 red semiconductor laser, the sensor can detect extremely small objects, including gold wire as thin as Ø0.01 mm. It operates on 12–24 V DC with low current consumption (≤15 mA) and features an NPN open-collector output with selectable Light-ON/Dark-ON operation.

With IP67 protection, short-circuit and inverse polarity protection, and a durable PBT enclosure, the EX-L261 ensures long-term reliability even in harsh environments.
