The Panasonic EX-23 Photoelectric Sensor (Part Number: UEX23) is a highly reliable photoelectric sensor designed for detecting opaque objects with a sensing range of 2 meters (6.562 feet). It is capable of detecting objects with a minimum diameter of 3 mm (0.118 in), making it ideal for various industrial applications requiring precise object detection. This sensor operates with an NPN open-collector transistor output, which supports a maximum sink current of 50 mA, and is equipped with short-circuit protection for enhanced safety.

The Panasonic EX-23 Photoelectric Sensor features a response time of 0.5 ms, providing fast and accurate detection. It comes with IP67 protection, ensuring resistance to dust and water, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. The sensitivity adjuster and operation mode switch allow easy customization for different applications, while the operation indicator (orange LED) and stability indicator (green LED) provide clear feedback for operational status.

The Panasonic EX-23 Photoelectric Sensor is designed to work in a wide temperature range of -25°C to +55°C (-13°F to +131°F) and is capable of withstanding shock resistance up to 500 m/s² (50 G), ensuring durability and reliability in demanding environments.
