It supports short-circuit protection, output status indication via LED, and conforms to RoHS, EMC Directive, and ISO 13849-1 standards. The sensor operates on 12–24 VDC with minimal current consumption, making it energy efficient.

Rated IP67, the EX-11A resists dust and moisture, and its polyethylene terephthalate enclosure ensures durability.
