Panasonic CX-444-P Photoelectric Sensor

The Panasonic CX-444-P Photoelectric Sensor is a versatile and reliable photoelectric sensor designed for precise object detection in a variety of industrial applications. With an adjustable sensing range from 20 to 100 mm (0.787 to 3.937 inches), this sensor offers flexible configuration to meet specific detection requirements. The sensor features a red LED emitting element with a 650 nm peak emission wavelength and a spot diameter of 9 mm at a distance of 100 mm (3.937 inches).

This model comes with a 5-turn mechanical distance adjuster for fine-tuning the sensing range, ensuring accurate detection of objects that are 2 mm or more away. The CX-444-P has an output that is PNP open-collector transistor with a switchable Detection-ON or Detection-OFF operation mode, which provides flexibility in its integration into various systems. It is equipped with short-circuit protection and features both an orange LED for operation status and a green LED for stability indication.

Built for durability, the CX-444-P has an IP67 protection rating, making it suitable for environments where exposure to dust and water is common. It operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -25 to +55℃ (-13 to +131℉) and can withstand vibration and shock, making it ideal for use in industrial machinery and automation systems.
