Panasonic CX-422 Photoelectric Sensor

The Panasonic CX-422 Photoelectric Sensor is a high-performance diffuse reflective sensor designed to detect opaque, translucent, or transparent objects with an impressive sensing range of 800 mm (31.496 in). This sensor is highly accurate, offering repeatability of 1 mm (0.039 in) perpendicular to the sensing axis and hysteresis of 15% or less, ensuring reliable performance across various applications. It is powered by a 12 to 24 V DC supply voltage and consumes 15 mA or less of current, offering NPN open-collector transistor output for seamless integration with different systems.

The Panasonic CX-422 Photoelectric Sensor is built for durability, with IP67 protection, making it ideal for use in harsh industrial environments. It also features a sensitivity adjuster for easy calibration, short-circuit protection, and an automatic interference prevention function, allowing for stable performance even when multiple sensors are mounted close together.
