Panasonic CX-412 Photoelectric Sensor
The Panasonic CX-412 is a robust and efficient photoelectric sensor designed for precise detection in various industrial applications. With an impressive sensing range of up to 15 meters (49.213 ft), the CX-412 excels in detecting opaque objects as small as Ø12 mm (0.472 in). Additionally, when equipped with optional slit masks, the sensor can detect even smaller objects as small as Ø0.5 mm (0.020 in).
The sensor features a PNP open-collector transistor output, response time of 1 ms or less, and offers excellent light-ON or dark-ON operation, providing flexibility in output settings. Its IP67 protection ensures resilience against dust and water, while its automatic interference prevention function allows the use of multiple sensors in close proximity, making it ideal for complex systems.
The CX-412 sensor is equipped with orange and green LEDs for easy monitoring of operational and stability conditions. It also provides a continuously variable sensitivity adjuster for precise calibration, making it perfect for a range of applications, from material handling to logistics and manufacturing systems.
