The Leuze HT3C.S/2N Diffuse Sensor is a compact, high-performance optical sensor designed for the precise detection of small parts in industrial automation environments. Operating on the diffuse reflection principle with background suppression, it ensures reliable detection performance even with low-contrast or miniature objects. With a guaranteed operating range of 5 mm to 200 mm and a response time of just 0.5 ms, the sensor is ideal for high-speed production and sorting lines.

This model features a red LED light source at 650 nm, along with a transistor NPN output, supporting both light and dark switching for versatile integration into control systems. Built with a durable PC-ABS plastic housing, the sensor is IP67/IP69K rated and ECOLAB certified, making it resistant to moisture, dust, and aggressive cleaning agents. It comes equipped with a 2-meter PUR-sheathed cable for easy installation and long-term reliability. A multiturn potentiometer allows precise adjustment of the detection range, making the HT3C.S/2N a dependable solution for compact automation applications.
