Leuze GS63B/6D-S8 Fork Photoelectric Sensor
The Leuze GS63B/6D-S8 Fork Photoelectric Sensor is designed for the precise detection of non-transparent labels in high-speed industrial applications. Utilizing an infrared LED light source with a wavelength of 940 nm, the sensor operates efficiently even in environments where high-speed detection is required. Its pulsed transmitted signal ensures reliable sensing performance, making it ideal for packaging and material handling systems that require fast and accurate label detection.
With a label width minimum of 2 mm and a gap of 2 mm, this sensor is capable of detecting small labels and gaps at high speeds, up to 10,000 Hz switching frequency and 0.05 ms response time. Its push-pull switching element and digital switching output make integration seamless into various automation systems.
The fork design with a 3 mm mouth width and 61 mm depth allows for convenient label detection on conveyor belts. The sensor is housed in a durable die-cast zinc enclosure, rated IP67, making it resistant to harsh industrial environments.
