The Leuze GS63B/6D.3 Photoelectric Sensor is a precision-engineered solution for detecting non-transparent labels with outstanding reliability and speed. Designed with a robust fork-style housing and a 3 mm mouth width, it ensures stable and accurate detection even at high conveyor speeds.

This sensor uses a pulsed infrared LED (940 nm) for sharp signal separation and reliable sensing of minimum 2 mm label gaps. The push-pull transistor output enables flexible integration into various control systems, while the fast 0.05 ms response time makes it ideal for high-speed labeling and packaging lines.

The GS63B/6D.3 is built for durability with a chemically nickel-plated diecast zinc body combined with resilient PC plastic components, providing excellent mechanical strength and an IP67 protection rating. Integrated polarity reversal and short-circuit protection ensure safe and stable operation in challenging industrial environments.
