Leuze EI1058-S10X20C-5000H-050A Rotary Encoder

The Leuze EI1058-S10X20C-5000H-050A Rotary Encoder (50140914), part of the renowned EI 1xxx series, is a high-precision incremental rotary encoder designed for demanding motion-control and automation applications. It delivers a 5,000 pulses-per-revolution resolution, ensuring accurate speed and position feedback for motors, drives, and rotary systems.
With a maximum operating speed of 6,000 r/min and a switching frequency of 300 kHz, it supports fast, dynamic processes. The encoder operates on 5–28 V DC and features an HTL output, providing robust signal transmission even in electrically noisy environments.

Built with a durable aluminum housing, IP65 protection, and a 10 mm shaft with clamping flange, it ensures mechanical stability and long-term reliability. The 5-meter axial cable, PVC sheathing, and 8-wire connection allow flexible integration. Engineered for harsh environments, it withstands temperatures from –40°C to 70°C and supports axial and radial loads of 60 N and 120 N respectively.
