Baumer UNAM18I6903/S14 Ultrasonic Sensor is a high-performance ultrasonic distance measuring sensor designed for precise object detection and positioning. It offers a scanning range of 100 to 1000 mm, with a repeat accuracy of 0.5 mm and a resolution below 0.3 mm, making it ideal for demanding automation environments. The response and release times are under 80 ms, ensuring fast feedback in dynamic systems.

This sensor features current output (4–20 mA / 20–4 mA) and supports Teach-in adjustment for flexible configuration. It includes a yellow/red LED indicator, target flashing alignment aid, and is protected against short circuits and reverse polarity.

Its robust nickel-plated brass housing (18 mm diameter, 90 mm length) and IP67 protection class make it suitable for harsh industrial conditions. It operates reliably within -10 to +60 °C, with low current consumption of 55 mA. M12 connector type ensures easy integration into automation setups
