Leuze HT5B/4X-M8 Photoelectric Sensor
The Leuze HT5B/4X-M8 Photoelectric Sensor is a compact and highly reliable sensor designed for accurate object detection in demanding industrial environments. Utilizing the diffuse reflection principle with background suppression, this sensor ensures excellent detection performance regardless of surface color or reflectivity.
It features a focused red LED light source and a fixed focal distance of 200 mm, enabling precise sensing even for small or irregularly shaped objects. The adjustable operating range from 20 to 400 mm allows for flexibility in a wide variety of applications, from conveyor systems to robotic arms.
With a fast switching frequency of 1,000 Hz and short response time of 0.5 ms, the HT5B/4X-M8 guarantees reliable, real-time operation in high-speed automation processes. Built with a robust PC-ABS plastic housing and sealed to IP67 protection standards, it stands up to harsh industrial conditions.
This sensor also includes polarity reversal and short-circuit protection for safe operation. The M8 male connector simplifies integration into existing control systems, making the HT5B/4X-M8 both efficient and easy to deploy.
