Leuze HT5.1/4 Diffuse Sensor
The Leuze HT5.1/4 Diffuse Sensor is a high-performance optical sensor designed for object detection in industrial automation systems. Operating on the diffuse reflection principle with background suppression, this sensor ensures reliable detection of objects in various environments. It offers a wide operating range from 0.005 to 0.4 meters, with specific ranges for different object colors, ensuring accurate and consistent detection even for varying surface types.
Equipped with a focused beam path and a LED red light source operating at a wavelength of 645 nm, the sensor provides precise object detection with a round light spot geometry. The PNP transistor output and light switching principle make it ideal for integration into industrial control systems. With a switching frequency of 1,000 Hz and a fast 0.5 ms response time, the sensor is suitable for high-speed applications requiring rapid detection.
The HT5.1/4 sensor features an adjustable detection range from 15 to 400 mm, providing flexibility to meet various operational needs.
