The Leuze HT3CL1/2N Diffuse Sensor uses the diffuse reflection principle with background suppression, providing a reliable operating range from 0.015 to 0.4 meters with high accuracy. Featuring a red laser light source (650 nm), this sensor creates a round light spot with a 1 mm size at 400 mm. It offers light switching (NPN) and dark switching modes for flexible applications.

The sensor supports a switching frequency of 3,000 Hz and boasts a fast response time of 0.16 ms, making it ideal for high-speed industrial processes. Additionally, polarity reversal protection and short-circuit protection ensure durability in demanding environments. Its IP67/IP69K protection class guarantees resilience against water, dust, and high-pressure cleaning.

This compact sensor includes a multiturn potentiometer for precise range adjustment and operates efficiently in ambient temperatures between -40°C and 55°C, making it suitable for various industrial settings.
