The Leuze KFX-ET-620 is a plastic fiber optic sensor designed for diffuse reflective detection applications, ideal for use with LV461.1/P2 fiber optic amplifiers from the 461 Series. This sensor setup excels in detecting small or transparent objects in confined or complex environments, thanks to its adaptable and compact fiber design.

Paired with an LV461.1/P2 amplifier, it utilizes a red LED light source and supports both PNP and NPN digital switching outputs, making it highly versatile for integration into various control systems. The amplifier offers a switching frequency of 500 Hz, along with easy operation through control buttons and a multiturn potentiometer for sensitivity fine-tuning. The plastic housing and compact cubic design (10 mm x 31 mm x 62 mm) allow for space-saving installations.
