Leuze IGS63B/6D.3,200-S12 Photoelectric Sensor
The Leuze IGS63B/6D.3,200-S12 Photoelectric Sensor is designed for the detection of non-transparent labels, providing reliable and fast label positioning or counting in industrial applications. It uses a pulsed infrared LED light source with a wavelength of 940 nm, ensuring precise detection even with non-transparent materials.
This fork sensor features a mouth width of 3 mm and a depth of 61 mm, making it ideal for detecting small labels with a minimum width of 2 mm and gap sizes as small as 2 mm. The sensor operates with a high switching frequency of 10,000 Hz and boasts an ultra-fast response time of 0.05 ms, making it suitable for high-speed production lines.
Equipped with a teach input function, the sensor allows for easy calibration by the user. The sensor also features digital switching output with a push-pull transistor switch element, providing high-speed switching of up to 100 mA.
The sensor is designed with IP 67 protection to ensure it performs reliably in harsh industrial environments, offering protection against dust and water ingress. It can withstand ambient temperatures from -20°C to 60°C during operation, and from -30°C to 70°C during storage.
The LED display provides clear feedback, and the teach button simplifies the setup process.
